Enterprise Program

Open Text offers a unique set of opportunities for organizations sending ten or more people to Open Text Content World 2008. When you participate in the Enterprise Program the individual registration fee is $1,295 (regular fee $1,595) for each person in your group. That's a savings of $3,000 USD (based on ten people)!

Early Bird Enterprise Conference Fee - $1000/per person (until September 12th, 2008)
Enterprise Conference Fee - $1295/per person (until October 14th, 2008)
Standard Conference Fee - $1595/per person

Your Content World Registration Fee includes:

All General Sessions
All Breakout Sessions
ECM Pavilion (Partner Exhibits, Open Text Pods, Usability Lab)
Gala Dinner and GlobalStar Awards, Tuesday evening
Breakfast & Lunch, Wednesday and Thursday
Evening Entertainment, Thursday
Conference proceedings

Note: All fees must be paid before entrance to the conference is permitted.

Additionally, based on the size of your group, your Enterprise Registration also includes the following:

10+ people:

During lunch on Wednesday or Thursday reserved seating will be provided for your Group for an informal lunch with an Open Text representative to discuss how Open Text fits into your organization, and what is important to your organization. All members of your Enterprise Group will receive the discounted conference registration rate based on the date of registration. Each attendee will receive a 15% discount off all pre-conference workshops and courses (based on regular price) taken at Content World 2008.

15+ people:

Members of your Enterprise Group will have the opportunity to participate in a private 30 minute meeting with Open Text Executives During lunch on Wednesday or Thursday reserved seating will be provided for your Group for an informal lunch with an Open Text representative to discuss how Open Text fits into your organization, and what is important to your organization. All members of your Enterprise Group will receive the discounted conference registration rate based on the date of registration. Each attendee will receive a 15% discount off all pre-conference workshops and courses (based on regular price) taken at Content World 2008.

To make the registration process easy for everyone in your organization, please note the following before registering your group:

A group consists of ten or more people from the same organization.
All individuals in a group must register at the same time in order to receive the group discount.
Registering your Enterprise Group is done at Group Registration
The deadline for Early Bird Enterprise Program registration is: September 12, 2008.
The deadline for Enterprise Program registration is: October 14, 2008.

*Substitutions and Cancellations: You may substitute once per registered attendee. Cancellation policies apply.

**If your group falls below ten members it will no longer be eligible for the Enterprise Program. The remaining attendees are responsible to find a replacement or pay the full conference fee.
