Description
This course introduces the main workflow functions and suggests how you can integrate it into your organization.
Through a series of lectures and exercises, students will design, initiate and manage several different types of workflows. By the end of the course you will know how to:
- Create, save and modify a workflow map.
- Assign steps to users and groups and understand group options.
- Build branches in a workflow path using attributes, status and other evaluation criteria.
- Set permissions on attachments.
- Define map properties and due dates.
