Description
This is a unique Content World version of our Open Text Content Server (formerly known as Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server) System Administration course - with all the core information you need condensed into two days.It will teach administrators, system architects and support personnel how to install, configure and administer Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server in a production environment.
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Install and configure a Livelink system including an understanding of scalability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot a Livelink System to include recovering documents, notification, audit capabilities and system errors.
- Configure and manage the search engine.
- Customize search for end users.
- Configure users and groups, determine system privileges and access control.
- Understand the Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server functionality from a Business User perspective to provide assistance to the Business User.
- Provide assistance to your Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server knowledge or content managers to design, control access to, and maintain user environments.
- Determine information taxonomies and manage intellectual capital.
- Develop usage reports by understanding the key tables in the Livelink Schema and writing basic LiveReports.
