Description
This course builds on topics introduced in the Workflow Design I course. It uses a workshop format to illustrate advanced details of workflow.
In this course you will expand your knowledge of Open Text Content Server (formerly known as Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server) workflow. Our detailed examples and exercises include the following:
- Incorporate advanced user assignment options, such as roles, multiple performers and conditional statements to assign tasks.
- Create routing paths using advanced routing options, including multiple true paths.
- Incorporate loopback routing paths to reflect recursive processes.
- Create modular workflows using subworkflows.
- Automate certain tasks using the process step.
- Use LiveReports to monitor workflow status and tracking.
