Description
The focus of the OTLBC Certification Program for Open Text Content Server (formerly known as Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server), is to assess the knowledge and experience of the attendees, and bridge that knowledge through mentoring where required to aid participants in completing their exams. Business Analysts, Support Personnel, and Skilled Open Text Consultants who have successfully delivered client solutions using Livelink ECM can take advantage of this program to achieve OTLBC certification.
Certification allows students to work with the products to produce a proof-of-concept against business requirements. Certification can only be awarded upon successful competition of this project and a pass on two exams. The students must display a level of competence to achieve certification, which validates their knowledge and learning, as well as bringing confidence in their skills to your organization, your customers and the student themselves. The Business Consultant Certification Program serves two primary purposes:
- Provide a means for those organizations with highly skilled Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server Consultants to achieve certification.
- Provide refresher courses for Consultants to bring them up to speed with techniques and tools available in the latest releases of Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund (minus a 25% cancellation fee) Open Text must receive all cancellations in writing before September 25, 2009. There are no refunds after September 25, 2009.
