Description
In order to take control of electronic records, organizations must craft the methodologies and map technologies for managing these records with a structured program of Records Management. During this workshop, students will discover and refine key records management policies, define the community of records stakeholders, and craft a metadata model for the classification and retention schedules and disposition for content.
During this session, students will draft a Vision for a Records Management Program and apply Enterprise Content Management technologies as solution enablers for implementing the program. This workshop is for beginners and those interested in the basic concepts of a Records Management Program. The content presented is not intended for Records Managers.
