Description
To gain greatest benefit from the use of an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution, the definition of ECM use, is best guided by the goals specified in a carefully defined, rigorously managed, Enterprise Content Management Strategy Roadmap. An ECM Strategy Roadmap aligns an Organization's Goals and Key Performance Indicators, communicates to Business and Executive Management your ECM Initiative Plan, and helps prioritize the implementation of technology into the business. With a clear ECM Strategy Roadmap in place, deployment risk is minimized and quality improved through standardization of process improvement. In this workshop, the student you will create an ECM Strategy Roadmap by defining the "Content Profile" of an organization consisting of Business Value Drivers, Content Requirements aligned with Business Processes. The workshop is designed to provide the student with the practical application of technology solutions to which a "Content Vision" can create a method for evaluating and prioritizing these Business Processes in order to build a multi year implementation plan.
