Description
This 1 day session provides a complete overview of the end-user functionality of the new Open Text Social Media offering. This session is aimed at the typical information worker using our Social Media product, and is the prerequisite for advanced courses designed for System Administrators, Consultants, and Support personnel.
This course exposes participants, through a series of practical lessons and interactive exercises, to the rich interface, features and flexibility of Open Text Social Media Including in-depth lessons on "2.0"-inspired interactive communities, using social search, personal blogs and rich profiles.
