Course Description
This self-paced eLearning course is designed for partner technicians that install and maintain XM Fax premise based systems.
Through a combination of lecture, demonstration and presentation, technicians learn the technical fundamentals of XM Fax, including:
- XM Fax overview and fundamentals
- Installing XM Fax
- XM Fax configuration
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting.
After completion of this course, a technician should be prepared to install an XM Fax system, integrate it within it's environment, and perform maintenance and repair tasks.
