These partners have the vision and capability to combine their expertise together with Open Text's products and services.
Business Solution Partner Profile
Partners in this category have the proven ability to automate and re-engineer complex business processes that include vertical domain expertise, systems integration, and application development. Their service offerings may include implementation, consulting, customization, integration, training, and support. Business Solution Partners provide the subject matter and vertical application expertise that adds measurable value to a customer's investment in an Open Text solution. These organizations deliver high-value, comprehensive, repeatable solutions.
Participation Levels
- Select Level—The Select Level is our entry level and accommodates partners who are interested in integrating with Open Text solutions or developing new applications based on the Open Text family of products but are not quite ready to make a revenue commitment. Annual participation fee includes base-level support and partner-specific communications.
- Premier Level—Ideal for partners who are actively selling or co-selling their solutions with Open Text, Premier Level participation offers a high level of support from Open Text in return for a strong commitment to working with Open Text in many areas. A minimum annual revenue commitment must be maintained along with the annual participation fee. Premier partners have a named contact for account management.
- Platinum Level—This level is designed for partners who are in a position to make significant commitments to their Open Text partnership. Platinum Level partners collaborate with all operational groups within Open Text to develop, sell, and service solutions based on the Open Text family of products. At this level, there is a required annual revenue commitment, with a minimum annual investment in Open Text-related activity. Platinum partners receive dedicated account management.
