• Certification exam: Content Server Business User Certification
• Certification exam: Content Server Business Administrator Certification
• Participation in a 3-day online instructor-led class: 3-2045 Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification exam: Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors Business Administrator Certification

As a partner or consultant, you will gain insight into the deployment, configuration, and customization steps to better serve your customers. You will gain deeper insight into the different components of the OpenText Extended ECM for SAP SuccessFactors solution and how the different roles can leverage the solution’s capabilities to work efficiently. Participants have hands-on exercises with use cases to enable successful knowledge transfer outside of the training environment.
