Terms and Conditions:

• Subscription is valid for one year from the date the login is provided.
• Each subscription is for one named user. The named user cannot be changed after the account has been accessed.
• Five days of instructor-led training is limited to courses on the public schedule.
• Registration in public classes must be for the named user.
• OpenText public classes require a quorum of three (3) or more students in order to be delivered as scheduled.
• Each 10-hour hands-on lab session is available for a 30-day period.
• Additional hands-on lab sessions can be purchased upon request.
• Hands-on lab environments are for self-paced training purposes only and for exclusive access by the named user. Lab environments are not for production usage or for any purpose beyond self-paced training.
• Neither OpenText nor the named user will export any data or system configuration from the lab environments.
• Certification exam attempts must be made by the named user.
• If the learner is unsuccessful in achieving a passing grade after using both certification exam attempts, additional certification exam attempts of the same exam can be purchased for an additional $500 per exam attempt.
• Responses to training inquiries will be made within two business days.
