Course Description

This course provides a tour of the OpenText Core Share product. Students will learn about most Core Share features including: creating files and folders, sharing files and folders, actions that can be performed on files, and searching. During the course, students will interact with the presentation to perform actions.

• Interact with the presentation at key points, just like a real user

• Describe Core Share
• Describe how to create/upload files and folders
• Describe how to share files and folders
• Describe the different collaborator roles and their permissions
• List actions that can be performed on files
• Search for files and folders
• Describe Desktop Sync
• Explore the user interface
• Perform the following functions on files:
  • Commenting
  • Adding tags
  • Adding drafts
  • Promoting drafts to the latest version
  • Locking/unlocking
  • Auditing
  • Viewing versions
  • Sending for signature
  • Sending in a workflow
• Describe Core Share functionality including:
