JCPenney Hub Pay

JCPenney has entered into an agreement with OpenText™ for OpenText™ Freeway, a service to provision web enabled EDI forms to JCPenney. As part of the agreement, JCPenney is paying the Freeway Service Fees for its Trading Partners for a limited period of time. As a JCPenney trading partner, you are eligible to participate in this program to use the Freeway Service for use with JCPenney, and no other businesses. If you wish to use the Freeway Service for additional retailers, please contact OpenText Sales to sign an agreement for additional Freeway Service.

The Freeway Service is offered "as-is" with no warranty to you and no liability to OpenText or JCPenney.

This offer may be cancelled upon notice at any time by JCPenney or OpenText and your service terminated without liability to JCPenney or OpenText.
