PacSun Hub Pay

OpenText™ customer Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc. (“Pacific Sunwear”) has entered into an agreement with OpenText for its OpenText Vendor Portal Service (“GVP Services”) to provision web enabled EDI forms service to Pacific Sunwear. As part of the agreement, Pacific Sunwear is paying the GVP Services Fees for its Trading Partners. As a Pacific Sunwear trading partner, you are eligible to participate in this program to use GVP Services for the term of Pacific Sunwear’s agreement at no charge. Your use of GVP Services is limited to use with Pacific Sunwear and no other businesses.

The GVP Service is offered “as-is” with no warranty to you and no liability to OpenText.

This offer may be cancelled upon notice at any time by Pacific Sunwear or OpenText and your service terminated. Should your service be terminated, you may contact OpenText Sales directly and sign an agreement with OpenText to continue your GVP Service.
